Denby Sheather interviews five sovereign Loremen as they share their wisdom about the current situation in Australia. The meeting with Uncle Jaggamarra - Walpiri loreman and Ngankari Medicine Man, Uncle Otto Sims - senior Walpiri loreman, Uncle Wadham - senior loreman of the Githabul Ngarbul tribe and his brother, Uncle Mool, and Uncle Koora - Gungaluu loreman, is facilitated by Jupuuruula.

To help people discern the truth, these elders teach the difference between "law" and "lore," and explain how Australia became a corporation. They inform and educate about the keys to reclaiming their sovereignty  and the Law of the Returning Sovereign. 

They discuss their rejection of mandatory injections and the remedy of bush medicine.

Widespread opposition to unauthorised claims by the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation (OSTF) is revealed. OSTF leaders Mark McMurtrie and David Cole are denounced as dangerous frauds who falsely claim to represent all Aboriginal Tribes.

Undermining Sovereignty for Colonial Treasure?

"Then there is the ambition of the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation that seeks to have Aboriginal people sign over power of attorney to them and their leadership that includes non-Aborigines in order for them to be the Aboriginal representatives here in Australia and overseas on the sovereignty question, while attempting to negotiate in England on our peoples’ behalf for a compensation and restitution package which they plan to administer on our peoples’ behalf if successful."

Michael Anderson, the political activist and last surviving member of the four Aboriginal men who challenged the State by erecting the beach umbrella Aboriginal Embassy on the front lawns of Parliament house in 1972 says he has been made aware that the Aboriginal sovereignty movement is being undermined by a number of people who it seems are attempting to derail the process and the movement for personal gain and to protect the interests of the British Crown:

"I was prepared for a government assault on the movement with chosen Aboriginal collaborators, but not from a group of people who are purporting to be the shared drivers of the sovereignty movement in concert with the organic movement that is sweeping this country.

It is alarming that Mark McMurtrie and his Original Sovereign Tribal Federation is travelling throughout the country denouncing the Interim Sovereign Union, National Unity Government movement. The National Unity Government’s fight is against the invader state of Australia and their state colonies, not our own kind. This sovereignty movement is not about a measuring competition, it is about fighting a fight for our inherent rights as the true sovereign people of the soil. This movement is about unifying our people, not continuing division. Division only serves the interest of the state.

Mark McMurtrie, a personal vendetta?

My concern with the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation is that it is led by Mark McMurtrie who was the whistle blower on pedophilia in New South Wales, when he made a number of allegations. Mr McMurtrie’s advice to the former State Member of Parliament, Franka Arena, saw her raise the allegations in the State parliament of New South Wales. Mr McMurtrie failed to back up the allegation with credible evidence. As a consequence of this, Mr. McMurtrie lost everything that he ever owned and was publicly disgraced.

 

I am afraid that Mr McMurtrie is now using the Aboriginal sovereignty movement to carry out a personal vendetta against the whole of the Australian state."

Warlpiri Elder Reveals False Promises by OSTF

A Warlpiri elder from Yuendumu talks about misrepresentation and false promises by Mark McMurtrie and the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation (OSTF). 

Yuendumu, the largest remote Aboriginal community in Central Australia, is suffering severe drought. Warlpiri elders say government authorities have taken advantage of them, while Mark McMurtrie and OSTF have deceived them with false claims and empty hope.

Mark McMurtrie, a British pseudo-Aboriginal ‘sovereignty’ activist, uses a tribal name, "Gunham Badi Jakamarra" and claims to have been initiated into the Walpiri Law. He argues that this authorises him to speak for the Walpiri Tribe.

The Loremen, who represent the true authority of ancient Aboriginal lore and law, oppose the claims of McMurtrie and OSTF.

Radio 2GB Ray Hadley warns “Steer clear” of Nightcap on Mingungbal

Sydney’s Radio 2GB host Ray Hadley warns investors to steer clear of a community development promoted by celebrity Pete Evans in NSW’s Byron Hinterlands:

The development, originally called Bhula Bhula, had already wasted millions of investment money when its property developer went bankrupt two years ago. But now that same developer is back, has repackaged the land and called it “Nightcap”, and has enlisted Pete Evans to spruik the investment.

 

A Current Affair reporter Steve Marshall told Ray Hadley people’s lives had already been ruined by the development: 

 

“Imagine you put money into a company to buy shares in a plot of land in Tweed Valley... Problem is, people have paid their life savings … into a company to get a share of this beautiful land, and what do you know? The company goes belly up – the money disappears. Then, a few years later, the very same land they’ve paid for, is now up for sale again, as part of a bigger communal living arrangement being marketed by a bankrupt developer.”

"Pete Evans teams up with bankrupt to spruik commune-style development"

A Current Affair exposes the kingpins and celebrity promotor behind the Nightcap on Mingungbal development. 

Channel 9 also highlighted the Mingungbal Tribal Treaty claim:

... recording from 2016 suggests Brennock may look to progress projects by relying on an Aboriginal treaty. “Any court action, any jurisdiction, this treaty stops it. All-purpose, get-out-of-jail-free card," Mr Brennock said. 

It bears some resemblance to views expressed by the Original Sovereign Tribal Federation, a "sovereign citizen" organisation McMurtrie is affiliated with. The OSTF claims it travels Australia "explaining the legal argument we have developed against the crown's claim to have sovereignty over tribal lands.”

Nightcap promised to donate plots of land to local Aboriginal custodians.

In a letter to council, several elders have urged it to support the project as "more than $12 million worth of land and housing (would be) donated to our Tribe by the developers". 

A Current Affair does not discuss the false Mingungbal land claim, but warns that investors who provided purchase money for property have not received promised land-share entitlement, and many have lost life savings.

The report shows that despite knowledge of claims by angry creditors, celebrity chef Pete Evans likes the ethos, and says he's "Fkn IN!"

Minjungbal False Claim to "Sacred Land"

Nightcap on Minjungbal is offering a special deal on Sacred! 

Residential lots on "Sacred Land" are marketed by "Sacred People" offering "The Solution for these Sacred Times".

"Sacred" elders from the Minjungbal Tribe now occupying property at 3222 Kyogle Rd, Mt Burrell, NSW, claim Aboriginal ancestral rights and, without development approval, they're selling "Tribal Title" to over 800 residential lots on land where multiple occupancy is prohibited.

"Part of living here is.. you buy in, you buy a block"

But for about twenty previous investors, including myself, who were lured into the incipient venture and received nothing after paying in total over $2 million for promised co-ownership of the property in 2015, this supposed "sacred" land has certainly left many people running scared!

Prospective new investors in Nightcap on Mingungbal, also called "Nightcap Village," are given a tour of the property, but what they not told is that although the Minjungbal Tribe claims an Aboriginal inheritance of land from early inhabitants of the Tweed Valley, the Minjungbal people are not authentically Aboriginal.

 

The LoreMen confirm that the Minjungbal have no ancestral, cultural ties or legal claim to the private property that the Minjungbal are occupying and marketing. 

Nightcap Realty Promotional Video - Tribal Title For Sale

In June 2020, Nightcap Realty distributed a video presented by developers Adrian Brennock and Mark McMurtrie (Gunham Badi) with former marketing manager Richard Moate, all Caucasians who self-identify as Aborigines.

The promotional video says the Minjungbal Tribe want the 3,500 acre venture to be a staging point for expansion in the rest of the country. 

Mark McMurtrie claims "tribal ownership" of Mt Burrell properties

They propose that the Minjungbal tribal venture should be recognised as an independent Aboriginal Sovereign Nation representing all Aboriginal people and extended across Australia.

"It's available to everyone within price point."

Even though the Minjungbal are not authentic Aborigines and have no valid land claim, the promotors elevate the potentially lucrative venture to higher virtues: communitarian wealth-sharing, and the proposed return of "country" to Aborigines, based on a belief that they should be recognised as the "true owners" of all Australian territory. 

Nightcap Village Community Rules establishing enforceable private laws, and guidelines providing protocols for submissive deference to the Mingungbal Tribe are included in the marketing package.

A sacred Minjungbal Elder is introduced to new investors by Richard Moate

In the Nightcap Realty promotional video, Adrian Brennock proposes that "within price point" investors of any nationality can buy into the Sovereign Minjungbal Nation, become "Community Members" and receive dual citizenship.

Promotors say the Mingungbal Tribe are happy with the deal. 

Four DA applications for Nightcap on Minjungbal have been refused since the venture began in 2014, even so, a Nightcap Village Newsletter published in June 2020 by Richard Moate, falsely assures investors that development approval already exists:

"Most of you are aware of the existing DA approvals for 424 sites, and that over $2.1 million dollars was spent on the DA submission of last month, taking the project to over 850 spots."

Celebrity promotors, including chef Pete Evans, Don Tolman, Tyler Tolman and activist Max Igan, still offer sale of "Tribal Title" to residential lots. Blocks start at $295,000 each. Each dot on the concept plan represents a proposed residence.

As a result of unfulfilled land-share offers and false Aboriginal land claims by the Mingungbal Tribe and Nightcap directors, many creditors have been fleeced after investing in the venture, with angry neighbours and concerned environmental protectors agreeing that the "tribal" land claim is bogus and the "sacred land" on offer is just a lure to profit dishonourable opportunists.
